Strength Training for Teens (Ages 12–17)

Help your teen build a strong foundation in fitness with this introductory strength training program. Designed specifically for youth ages 12 to 17, this course teaches proper form and technique using both free weights and weight machines on the fitness floor. Participants will learn how to train safely, build confidence, and develop healthy lifelong habits under the guidance of certified instructors.

Whether your teen is new to fitness or looking to improve athletic performance, this program provides the skills and knowledge to lift safely and effectively.

Class Schedule

Sundays 12-1 PM
Mondays 5-6PM
Wednesdays 7-8PM
Saturdays 8-9AM

Pricing

Full 3-Class Package: $100 members / $150 nonmembers
Drop-In (Single Class): $20
