Important Policies

No Make-Up Classes or Refunds
We understand that skaters may occasionally miss a class — and that’s okay. Open practice times are available throughout the week so students can continue working on the skills they’ve learned. If your skater would benefit from additional instruction, we recommend enrolling in classes twice per week.

Guest Pass Details (Winter Session)

Guest passes help skaters practice outside of class—an essential part of skill development.

  • Available on the first day of class

  • Cannot be picked up after the session ends

  • Cannot be replaced

  • Expire December 2026

For faster progress, we recommend enrolling in multiple class days and coming to practice—the more time on the ice, the better!
