We understand that skaters may occasionally miss a class, and that’s okay. Open practice sessions are available throughout the week so skaters can continue working on the skills they’ve learned. Please note that we are unable to switch class days due to an absence or provide a make-up class. If your skater would benefit from additional instruction, we recommend enrolling in classes twice per week. We do not offer refunds or credits for any missed classes.

Complimentary Guest Pass Details

Practice passes are provided to skaters enrolled in the full Session. Practicing is an essential part of skill development and passes provide an opportunity to progress without additional cost.

Pass info:

  • Available on your first day of class – see us after your first class to pick up

  • Passes cannot be picked up after the session ends

  • Passes cannot be replaced

  • Passes expire December 2026

For faster progress, we recommend enrolling in multiple class days and coming to practice—the more time on the ice, the better!
