Springboard Diving program

Ages 8-14
Location: Competition Pool

This drop in, is for beginner and intermediate divers (or divers to be). Participants will learn core dryland and in-water fundamental skills through specialized drills, along with specific muscle flexibility and strengthening workouts in a co-ed small group setting, While no previous diving experience is required, all participants must be able to swim 25 yards of freestyle with side breathing and tread water for one minute. DIVE CLINIC
11/24 – 11/26, 9:00 a.m. – 12:30 p.m.
This Thanksgiving break program is for beginner and intermediate divers (or divers to be). Participants will learn core dryland and in-water fundamental skills through specialized drills in a co-ed small group setting. The session will further incorporate diving specific mat workouts, along with specific muscle flexibility and strengthening workouts. No previous diving experience is required, but all participants must be able to swim 25 yards of freestyle with side breathing and tread water for one minute.

Afternoon only day camp add-on available for those wanting activities and care after polo ends.
