Kroc Fit Challenge – 8-Week Fitness & Wellness Program

Looking for a total lifestyle reset? The Kroc Fit Challenge is an 8-week fitness and wellness program designed to help you achieve your personal health goals—whether that’s losing weight, building muscle, or maintaining a healthy lifestyle. Join our Kroc Fit Community! Get fit with friends over this intense (and fun!) fitness journey. Each team will meet twice weekly for 1-hour or once a week for 2-hour with their certified Personal Trainer, in addition to scheduled nutrition classes, workshops, and information.

Kroc Fit Challenge Partner Edition is a program that offers classes with certified personal trainers, nutritionists, coaches, and professional staff to get you to your goals. Find a motivational friend who will be your accountability partner for the month of May. This intense Kroc Fit Challenge Partner Edition focuses on hitting the goals set by your trainers. If you do not have a partner, we can assign you with someone who is interested in the same times and days.

Available Sessions:

70 different timeslots, first come, first serve. Earliest workout times starts weekdays 5:30 am and latest 8:00 pm. Weekends are 2 hours each starting at 8 am.

Participants will work one-on-one and in groups with certified trainers, nutritionists, and wellness coaches, receiving expert support and accountability every step of the way.
