Kroc Center Seniors Program

Welcome to the vibrant senior community at the San Diego Kroc Center! Our programming is thoughtfully designed to cater to individuals aged 62 and above, offering a diverse range of activities and opportunities that promote physical, social, and mental well-being.

Join us for a variety of fitness classes tailored to senior needs, including low-impact aerobics, yoga, and aquatic exercises. Our experienced instructors ensure that each class is both enjoyable and beneficial, helping you stay active and healthy.

Beyond fitness, we offer engaging social activities that foster connections and friendships. Participate in our monthly pizza lunch parties with alternating activities like trivia, Bingo, Square Dancing & more! Connect and join with other members for special events and outings that explore the vibrant culture and beauty of San Diego.

For those interested in lifelong learning, we host educational programs on our campus covering a wide array of topics, from estate planning, theatre classes, local San Diego tours, and health seminars. These classes are designed to keep your mind sharp and expand your horizons.

At the Kroc Center, we believe in creating a supportive and inclusive environment where seniors can thrive. Come and experience all that our senior programs have to offer – we look forward to welcoming you!

Drop in to one of our Classes!

Each day, dozens of classes are offered for all fitness types and abilities. Learn new skills and water safety, make friends, and improve your fitness. Class participants must check-in at the Kroc Center no later than 10 minutes past class start time.

Insurance-Paid Memberships

It’s never too late to start being active! We love our seniors and do our best to create an inclusive and welcoming fitness center for those of all ages! Seniors 62+ enjoy a special discount on membership and we partner with various health insurance companies to offer subsidized memberships as well. Enjoy a workout in our heated pools or try one of our Silver Sneakers classes developed and taught with you in mind!
