Better Back Training (Ages 18+)


A strong back starts with strong legs, glutes, and core—and this class targets it all. Designed for adults 18 and up, our Better Back training program combines strength, stability, and mobility exercises to help you build a more resilient body and reduce the risk of injury.

Led by expert instructors, this class delivers the perfect mix of fun, challenge, and results. Whether you sit at a desk all day or simply want better posture and performance, this class will help you move—and feel—better.

Strength Training for Teens (Ages 12–17)


Help your teen build a strong foundation in fitness with this introductory strength training program. Designed specifically for youth ages 12 to 17, this course teaches proper form and technique using both free weights and weight machines on the fitness floor. Participants will learn how to train safely, build confidence, and develop healthy lifelong habits under the guidance of certified instructors.

Whether your teen is new to fitness or looking to improve athletic performance, this program provides the skills and knowledge to lift safely and effectively.

Led by certified trainers, this program focuses on building confidence, improving form, and developing strength—whether you're just starting out or returning to fitness. No prior experience necessary—just a willingness to learn and grow stronger!
