The Kroc Center is pleased to announce we will be offering a new class - Cardio Combat! You may have seen the new punching bags in the outdoor breezeway - this will be the location for the new class offering. Classes are limited to 12 people and will be held Tuesdays at 6pm, Wednesdays at 10am, and Fridays at 5:45pm. You can reserve a spot 50 hours in advance here.

There are several reasons why taking a combat training exercise class can be beneficial. Here are a few potential advantages:

Self-defense: Combat training exercises teach you practical self-defense techniques that can help you protect yourself in dangerous situations. Learning how to defend yourself can increase your confidence and personal safety.

Physical fitness: Combat training exercises are typically intense and physically demanding. They provide a full-body workout that improves strength, endurance, flexibility, and overall fitness. Regular participation in such classes can help you achieve your fitness goals and maintain a healthy lifestyle.

Mental resilience: Combat training exercises require mental focus, discipline, and the ability to stay calm under pressure. Engaging in these classes can improve your mental resilience, teach you to handle stressful situations effectively, and boost your overall mental toughness.

Stress relief: Physical activity, such as combat training exercises, can be a great way to relieve stress and release tension. The high-intensity nature of these classes allows you to channel your energy into the workout, helping to reduce anxiety and improve your mood.

Teamwork and camaraderie: Many combat training exercise classes are conducted in a group setting, fostering a sense of teamwork and camaraderie among participants. Working together with others towards common goals can build strong relationships and create a supportive community.

Discipline and self-control: Combat training exercises often emphasize discipline, self-control, and respect for others. Through these classes, you can develop important life skills such as focus, patience, and perseverance, which can be applied to various aspects of your life beyond the training environment.

Confidence building: As you progress in combat training exercises and develop proficiency in various techniques, your self-confidence naturally increases. This newfound confidence can positively impact other areas of your life, including work, relationships, and personal growth.

It's worth noting that combat training exercise classes should always be conducted in a safe and controlled environment, with qualified instructors who prioritize participant well-being. It's essential to choose a reputable training facility that aligns with your goals and values.
