Get fit in our expanded Cardio & Strength Zone

Reach your fitness goals without compromising your safety and come work out with us in our expanded fitness area! We have a variety of strength and cardio fitness machines, as well as a free weight area to meet all your fitness needs. Exercise equipment is placed 6 feet or more apart and we provide cleaning wipes for before and after use. 

Fitness at the Kroc

Ages 12+ 

Our Fitness Center is state of the art with a cardio section that includes Life Fitness treadmills, bikes & stair climbers and Precor ellipticals and AMT's, all with TV, internet, virtual courses, and progress tracking, and more. We also have a  free-weight section, stretching area and isometric strength training round out the Fitness Center. Our outdoor aquatics area is also included in our membership and features 3 pools for various exercise options as well. Fitness Coaches are available to answer your questions.

Teens ages 12-15 must attend a one-time $10 fitness class with a certified instructor. After the class is completed, teens will be given a specific green lanyard and may attend the fitness area at any time.

PROGRAM USER POLICY: 
If a registered student is five (5) minutes or late to the class, their spot may be forfeited and given to a customer on the waitlist. 

No student may enter any class ten (10) minutes or more after the class start time.

Our Group Exercise equipment will not be available for use outside of the appropriate class; each participant must set up and return their own equipment to its appropriate place at the start and end of class.

Each student must check in at the front desk to receive the appropriate wrist band before entering the water.

Kroc Young Lifting Club

Just for teens! This monthly class will help teens learn about weight-lifting in a safe, fun way. Mondays at 5PM / $50 for 4 sessions. 

 

Silver Sneakers

It’s never too late to start being active! We love our seniors and do our best to create an inclusive and welcoming fitness center for those of all ages! Seniors 62+ enjoy a special discount on membership and we partner with various health insurance companies to offer subsidized memberships as well. Enjoy a workout in our heated pools or try one of our Silver Sneakers classes developed and taught with you in mind!

Kroc Cycle

Looking for new ways to amp up your cardio routine? Try one of our Kroc Cycle classes! Our instructors are waiting to help push you so you can maximize your workout and productivity. This 60 minute cycle workout features the very latest in interval training in the Kroc Center Cycle Studio to get your heart rate up and those calories burned!

Change your life in 8 weeks. With this challenge you are getting the workouts and attention of personal training mixed with the fun and community of group fitness. If you are up for the challenge and want to change your exercise routine, eating habits and all together, lifestyle, this challenge is for you. With three training sessions a week, meal plans, cardio plans, before and after photos, as well as daily check ins over a social media app, this challenge will push you and hold you accountable while helping move passed some set backs along the way. Did we mention that each member will save 1800 dollars doing this challenge vs taking personal training sessions!

By participating in this challenge, you can enjoy all the benefits of our personal training. 

Prerequisites: Under physicians care for any reason, please seek medical approval before purchase. Must be able to lift over 40 pounds. Must be able to squat. Stand unassisted for 60 minutes.
