Week 4 (Week of Dec 18th- 24th)

Traveling for the holidays? Whether you are take a road trip out of town for a few days, or flying out of state, don’t forget to pack your fitness essentials in your suitcase. You are probably going to be packing your tennis shoes anyways, so don’t forget about bringing your favorite pair of exercise pants and your favorite exercise shirt. Don’t use traveling as an excuse to not exercise. If you don’t pack it, you are not giving yourself a chance to explore the town you are going to. Other exercise equipment can easily fit in your travel bag as well! You can pack resistance bands and a jump rope and give yourself a full body workout while on your vacation!
