Access Pass Update
Effective September 1st, 2023, the Kroc Center will be discontinuing Access Passes, including those for Basketball and Pickleball.
We understand that this news may come as a disappointment to those who have enjoyed these activities. However, we believe this change will allow us to enhance our overall membership experience and provide you with even more exciting benefits. We strongly encourage you to consider purchasing a regular fitness membership, which will offer a wide range of exceptional perks.
By upgrading to a fitness membership, you will gain access to our state-of-the-art pool facilities, which provide a refreshing and invigorating environment for swimming and relaxation. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to participate in various fitness classes led by our expert instructors, allowing you to further enhance your physical well-being and overall fitness level.
We want to ensure that our facilities remain accessible to all members of our community, regardless of financial circumstances. Therefore, we are pleased to inform you that scholarships are available for those who may need assistance with membership fees. Please reach out to our membership services team to learn more about the application process and eligibility criteria.
Also we encourage you to check with your medical insurance provider to see if you have a Senior benefit that covers a free membership. Many insurance plans offer additional benefits, and it's worth exploring if you qualify for a complimentary membership through your insurance.
We apologize for any inconvenience this discontinuation may cause, but we believe that by embracing this change, you will have the chance to explore new fitness avenues and discover a wider range of activities that align with your interests. Our dedicated staff will be available to assist you in selecting the membership option that best suits your needs.
Thank you for your understanding and continued support. We look forward to welcoming you into the new phase of our fitness-focused community at the Kroc Center.
