Week 5 (Dec 25th – 31st)

Ready for the Christmas music to stop? After hearing Christmas music everywhere you go for the past 4 weeks, it is time to start stepping to a different tune! This week is a great week to create a new playlist for yourself. If you use Spotify or Apple Music, you probably already have a playlist of your most played songs of 2022. Create a playlist with some of those, as well as some of your other favorite songs!

Studies have shown that music can help your physical, mental, and spiritual wellbeing. When you are feeling lazy, put on a playlist that will put you in a good mood and get you moving!
