Get fit in our Open Air Gym

Reach your fitness goals without compromising your safety and come work out with us in our Open Air Gym! We've moved our gym equipment to a covered outside area to help keep our members safe during the pandemic. We have a variety of strength and cardio fitness machines, as well as a free weight area to meet all your fitness needs. Exercise equipment is disinfected multiple times a day and placed 6 feet or more apart. We also require reservations to limit our capacity and allow for social distancing.

Fitness at the Kroc 

Our Fitness Center is state of the art with a cardio section that includes Life Fitness treadmills, bikes & stair climbers and Precor ellipticals and AMT's, all with TV, internet, virtual courses, and progress tracking, and more. We also have a  free-weight section, stretching area and isometric strength training round out the Fitness Center. Our outdoor aquatics area is also included in our membership and features 3 pools for various exercise options as well. Fitness Coaches are available to answer your questions.

Group Exercise Schedule

Bootcamp
Ages 14+
High intensity total body exercise that is designed to burn calories. This class will use a blend of body weight exercises, cardio, bands and weights to push your body to the next level.

Kroc Fit Recess
Ages 4–12
Let your kids enjoy recess at the Kroc Center! Kids will meet twice a week for 1+ hour sessions. Each week 1 hour will be spent in the pool, and 1-hour will be spent doing
activities on the field. Each activity will be led by Kroc Staff.

High School Strength and Conditioning 
Ages 13–18
Location: Field
This strength and conditioning class will utilize the field to do running drills and body weight exercises to stay in shape for your sport! The class will be led by our staff member Omar, who is also a football coach at a local high school.

Stroller Strength  
Ages 6–36 months
Location: Field
This class is intended for parents who want to get a good work out with their little one! Parents can exercise with their young children, utilizing strollers, light weights, cardio, and body weight exercises. Bring your littles in a stroller for this circuit workout!

Silver Sneakers

It’s never too late to start being active! We love our seniors and do our best to create an inclusive and welcoming fitness center for those of all ages! Seniors 62+ enjoy a special discount on membership and we partner with various health insurance companies to offer subsidized memberships as well. Enjoy a workout in our heated pools or try one of our Silver Sneakers classes developed and taught with you in mind!

Kroc Cycle

Looking for new ways to amp up your cardio routine? Try one of our Kroc Cycle classes! Our instructors are waiting to help push you so you can maximize your workout and productivity. This 60 minute cycle workout features the very latest in interval training in the Kroc Center Cycle Studio to get your heart rate up and those calories burned! Bikes are currently 6+ feet apart.

Personal Training

Regardless of exercise experience, anyone can benefit from a personal trainer’s knowledge. Our trainers will help you set and reach short and long term goals. The first appointment consists of body composition testing, and a mini workout. Follow up appointments are recommended to keep your body progressing toward your goals.
